These rails were found in the "mine" area and are upside down in the picture.  There are two rails side by side and there seems to be some sort of spacer in between the rails.  This might be part of a switch assembly.  These rails are not standard cross section that was in use in later years -- standardized by the American Railway Association or the American Society of Civil Engineers.  These rails have a thick web (vertical section) and do not have a "bulb" on top of the web.  It may be that these were rolled locally, and were not a standard size.  Also, it is not known yet when the standard sizes began to be adopted by trade associations.  The size of the rail indicates that the tram cars did not carry very heavy loads.
